Mark Holland
Starting his career in the Royal Navy, Mark’s grounding in military precision and organisation has taken him from operational management, through supply chain restructuring and then onto a
number of Executive Board Level roles in the Retail Ecommerce Sector. Mark played a key role in
creating the global footprint for the growth of retail giant ASOS, providing the capability to develop sales from £600M to £4Bn. He has managed complex supply chains and developed e-commerce around the world. As a strategic planner, working with a number of retail outlets, he has a wealth of experience in facilitating growth and profitability through challenging plans for expansion. Consistently leading by example, Mark has the integrity and tenacious demeanour that drives results and productivity, with the personable approach that promotes excellent stakeholder engagement. Experienced in change within a volatile retail environment and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport he is skilled in mapping out the strategic routes to transformation, andbuilding the infrastructure, training and development frameworks to reach new operational goals.
After 10 years with ASOS and nearly 25 years in retail, Mark has recently retired from his role as Chief Operating Officer and is now putting his expertise back into the general business arena, offering mentoring advice to parallel business functions sectors and Individuals. To relax, Mark gets his sleeves rolled up under the chassis of classic cars, restoring them to their former glory.
